The Role Of Potomac Conservative Groups

By Patricia Adams

Conservativism can be termed as the high esteem with which certain quotas hold traditional values and social interrelations. Normally, the movement is characterized by a lessened regard for change, that ultimately brings about modernism. On political matters, Potomac Conservative Groups advocate for the preservation of capitalism as the foundation of the economic makeup, free businesses and private ownership of wealth. There are radical factions that elect a return to the ancient times. These are called Reactionaries.

There are various sources of history regarding the beginning of conservativism movements. While some historians may argue that people developed criticism of status quo during the French Revolution, some think that the movement was influenced by a forecast provided by an Anglican elder, projecting the occurrence of conservative parties. That was back in the sixteenth century, two years prior to the revolution.

As commonly known to many, change will take place in one way or the other. Classical Conservative factions adhere to the phenomenon. Actually, the groups acknowledge that certain changes will unfold, but it should do so in a manner that upholds social integrity, but not one that will compromise social and moral stability, with the aim of protecting certain doctrines and beliefs.

Most conservative parties in Prince William County are highly political, and lobby on critical political matters that upset the current sociopolitical balance. They advocate for private ownership of property, as in Capitalism, and preservation of individually amassed wealth. Members of these factions are often very punitive to criminals, for they tend to behold orthodox spiritual beliefs. Other characteristics of conservativism is their ethnocentricity and hostility to gays and other marginalized groups.

Conservative parties can be of various types. A number of these groups are cultural conservatives. As the name suggests, they practice their conservatism with an aim to preserve the culture and national heritage, especially on lingual subjects. Social conservatives can be termed to be a sub class of those who lobby for cultural preservation, but they are mainly focused on social morality, for instance; they oppose the veiling of faces by ladies and women.

Apart from the above, there are also religious conservative parties, who mainly set out to retain and preserve certain religious practices. Preservation can be reinforced either through demonstrations, or by law. On the other hand, there are fiscal or economic conservativism. This is fiscal ideology on economic issues that seeks to preserve prudence in the allocation of public funds by the government. It argues against rampant cases of hefty government debts, only for the taxpayer to shoulder the burden.

As the current situation is, the impact of lobbyists, either on economic or political issues, is projected to dwindle out, for the current government views their staunch and relentless efforts to mitigate development as a drawback. Other media sources report that the government intends to spill a lot of funds in the development of infrastructure, a move it intends not to be interfered with.

Nonetheless, conservatives have exhibited their relentlessness, and have countered the move to silence their voices, by trying to recuperate and incorporate more political figures from the congressional side to join their actions against such insensitive actions by the government.
